Scope
We take responsibility for the mechanical electrical scope end to end. Estimating and planning, submains and power distribution, wiring of chillers, AHUs, package units, fans and pumps, controls and communications cabling, and final commissioning with the mechanical contractor.
Our team works to the program, coordinates with the other trades on site, and keeps the test sheets, as-installed drawings and compliance certificates as tidy as the installation.

Submains from the main switchboard to mechanical services switchboards, sized and installed to AS/NZS 3000.

Chillers, AHUs, package units, exhaust and supply fans, pumps and VSDs, all wired, terminated and tested.
