A state-of-the-art, carbon-neutral aftersales and logistics hub for Toyota Australia, built by De Luca for Goodman Group across a 33,452 m² single roofline footprint. We delivered the mechanical electrical package, with power and control wiring to all office HVAC and ventilation systems, and warehouse smoke exhaust and comfort ventilation integrated with a Schneider Electric EcoStruxure BMS for automated HVAC, lighting and real-time energy monitoring across the fully automated logistics floor.
